Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds may only be accepted if there is a substantial defect upon delivery to the customer. This defect must be documented and sent to Garden of Fiction at carly@gardenoffiction.com the same day as delivery. Refunds will be at the discretion of Garden of Fiction. Once your order is placed, no cancellations will be accepted due to the nature of the product sold. Most items are made-to-order.
